Yes. The home has a **laundry room with a washer and dryer** available for our overnight guests.
Fox Willow at Bailey Hills is a **one-story home**, so all bedrooms and main living areas are on the same level.
There are a couple of interior steps leading to the kitchen and one step into the laundry room. We also have a bathroom with a **walk-in shower with no step into the shower**.

Yes! With Norris Lake nearby, we welcome guests traveling with boats.
We have a **large parking area with space for boats, trailers and RVs**. A **$20 parking fee** applies for a boat or RV. Please let us know in advance so we can make sure the appropriate parking area is available.
Yes. Guests traveling with horses may request access to our barn and pasture.
Fox Willow at Bailey Hills has **5 stalls and a fenced pasture**. Barn accommodations are self-service.

Yes. We understand that many of our guests come to East Tennessee for graduations, White Coat ceremonies, weddings, reunions and other special occasions.
Registered guests may have local family and friends visit for a meal or small celebration, with a **maximum of 25 people at the property at one time**, unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
Anyone staying overnight must be added to the reservation, and additional guest fees may apply.
Possibly, yes! Our property offers beautiful outdoor space that may accommodate **intimate weddings, rehearsal gatherings, bridal preparations, family celebrations and other special occasions**.
Because an event is different from a standard overnight stay, **all weddings and organized gatherings must be discussed and approved in advance**. Tell us what you are planning, the approximate number of guests and whether you are interested in indoor or outdoor space, and we can discuss what may be possible.
Fox Willow at Bailey Hills can accommodate **up to 15 overnight guests** across four bedrooms, additional sleeping areas and a Pack 'n Play for little ones.
Our standard nightly rate includes up to **8 registered guests**. Additional guest fees apply for groups larger than 8.
Absolutely. We regularly welcome families visiting Lincoln Memorial University for graduations, White Coat ceremonies, move-in weekends, campus visits and other special occasions.
With multiple bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, a large dining table and plenty of outdoor space, families can stay together rather than booking several separate hotel rooms.

Yes. We have a large private parking area that can accommodate multiple vehicles. If you are bringing several vehicles, a boat, trailer or RV, please let us know ahead of your arrival.

Yes. We provide a Pack 'n Play and high chair for families traveling with little ones. Please let us know before arrival if you would like the Pack 'n Play set up for your stay.
